What: Kamay ni Hesus Shrine
Where: Lucban, Quezon
Visiting the Kamay ni Hesus a few months past the Lenten season paints a strikingly different scenery compared to Holy Thursday up until Easter Sunday in terms of the volume of Catholic devotees. Nevertheless, the story of the shrine itself remains unchanged, as you walk through each step and each station all the way to the top.
Unfortunately, I was not able to bring my dslr along on this trip, so I had to be content with a borrowed point-and-shoot camera. A few, simple clicks on the Canon Powershot A3100 and I get lucky to take a number of snapshots along the way.
